Warn when adding duplicate message-filter conditions

Thunderbird should warn users when adding a duplicate condition inside the same message filter, such as the same “From contains” email address or domain. This would help users maintaining long spam/newsletter filters. Ideally, Thunderbird could also warn when a new condition may already be covered by a broader one, such as adding notifications@adtcontrol.com when adtcontrol.com is already present.
