variation to or settings in Firefox Android for Chromebooks and similar

add additional settings or a version for the modified android that Chromebooks run on. that allow someone to make it function more like the Chromebook version of chrome staying open even when the device enters "sleep mode", reloading a tab after the device has been closed but not shut down is annoying to me as on certain websites (Tumblr.com) my scroll position in the feed is not saved, so when it reloads I get sent back to the top.  Making it able to support using google drive in browser without it trying to send me to the (google drive) app is another place it seems to struggle, being able to import my google chrome bookmarks and passwords without a windows or linux machine would also be a great addition.
