Variable windows

I would like Firefox to supply variable windows (2 or more) for selected websites. For example when I search Google Firefox would have a smaller window at the bottom that showed results from another search engine (example duckduckgo). If I selected the result from Duckduckgo it would make the window a little larger. This would continue until the lower window was the preferred provider. This would incentivize web providers to place highest quality results higher in the results.

Firefox could charge for the positioning of the lower window or alternatively charge for not displaying a lower window.
