Use Android system default vibration pattern for notifications

Thunderbird for Android currently uses its own vibration patterns for mail notifications, including the option labeled "Default".

It would be useful to add an option such as "System default" that uses Android's system-wide notification vibration pattern instead of a Thunderbird-specific vibration pattern.

Expected behavior:

* "System default" -> use Android's global notification vibration pattern
* Existing Thunderbird vibration patterns can remain available as explicit overrides

This would be especially useful on recent Android versions, where users can configure a notification vibration pattern at the system level and expect apps to respect that setting.

From an Android API perspective, this should be possible by enabling vibration for the notification channel without supplying a custom vibration pattern, allowing Android to use the system default.
