Updated icons for Microsoft Store app

Hello!

Using Firefox since 2.x version, but only today I just switched to Microsoft Store version of the app (just found out there is such one in the store, and personally I like the idea of updating as many apps as possible from a single place)

So, I set it up until I pinned the icon to desktop: it just looks terrible with the purple square background.

Also pinning to Start Menu (square and medium size) doesn't look great either, the icon is too big.

It should match the design of the .exe version
