unsubscribe option

Is there any way one could highlight a bunch of email and have a unsubscribe button(option) to unsubscribe to the entire bunch of email?

There is currently no native way to do what you describe (to my knowledge), however there is an add-on (List Unsubscribe) that does something similar: It adds an "Unsubscribe" button to the message toolbar and context menu and can use the standard "List-Unsubscribe" header found in newsletters and mailing lists.
