Unified Trash Folder

@jumuah if you want it on the android app, I suggest you edit the original post to change the title, description, and tags/category.

I would like to suggest that the Trash folder for each account be added to the "Copies & Folders" settings.  That way, one setting option would be to use the Local Folders Combined trash folder for an account, just like the Drafts and Templates settings. Adding that option would decrease the number of lines in each email account,
