Status: New idea

It has never had taken seriously. Being familiar, how many Android users aren't using lastest Android version; Firefox only cares about Windows (and may be Linux/distros) users to serve them with trendy to latest emoji version.

Very good idea. This would help to solve the fragmentation problems that Android suffers with emoji support. Besides that, Google's emojis are not liked by many users. On the other hand, Twemoji, which was used in Twitter and is still used in Discord, enjoys a good reputation.
