Add translations for Tamil (Tamil as a Firefox Translate option)

Dear developers,
Please consider adding Tamil as a translation option in Firefox Translate. Tamil is spoken by about 80 million people in the world, is an official language at the highest administrative level in two countries (Sri Lanka, Singapore) and is a recognized minority/regional language in the Republic of India (State of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry) and Malaysia. It would be really useful for the native speakers of Tamil to be able to even translate a little bit from English (US/UK).

Tamil is a classical language and one of the oldest languages which has stood with time and spoken and used by 80 million people across the globe. Google Translate has the feature to translate other languages to Tamil, but its propreitary software and it doesn't give an opportunity for the community to develop as a open source. But with firefox translation, we expect millions of tamil speaking people might contribute to the open source project available to everyone. Please consider the idea. Let me know how I can contribute to the development work along with the other people who have voted for this idea.
