translate Kurdish

[Nickname]

Add Kurdish as translatable language in Firefox.

There are around 20-40 million speakers of Kurdish, I believe starting with Kurmanji written in Latin could be the easiest start, or whatever variety has the most training data.

Please also provide ways on how to contribute data in this thread.
