Touchscreen problem

when i put the browser in full screen (F11 key press) the mouse will show the tabs when i move it to the top of the screen and hides the tabs when i move away from the top of the screen. but when the mouse is at the top of screen and the tabs show and i use touch, the tabs are still shown and i must move the mouse down to hide the tabs once again. pretty specific thing but im sure it might be easy and i am grateful for the developers. i hope you fix it !  thank you for the hard work
