Toggle to not to Focus on Address Bar when opening New Tab

Background: Per current default, Keyboard will also open when we open New Tab when focus go to Address Bar. Home page totally covered. With that behaviour, Home page, Shortcuts, Pocket News and the new proud Collection introduced by Fenix felt neglected.

Ideas/Suggetions: Give us Toggle to choose between Focus to Address Bar or just Home Page when opening New Tab.

I ask for Toggle due I remember I saw a request (obviously approved) for current behaviour on Github long time ago (code name still Fenix). Originally, Fenix brought the other behaviour.

I really hate it when opening a new tab automatically opens the keyboard (auto focus on address bar)!
