Toggle to hide the add new shortcut button.

[gated]

not very important or anything but on the home page the pink little plus button next to all my other shortcuts id just like a way to hide it because once ive added all the links i wanted to im not really going to be using that ever again and its more of an eye-soar than anything so just a little toggle to turn it on and off would nice.
