Toggle for an Extension to Be Enabled or Disabled in Pop-up Windows

I was trying to sign in to a website and a pop-up window appeared for my login. It was a shopping site, and with the small size I prefer for pop-up windows, several coupon extensions I have installed covered the website and I thought it would be nice to have a toggle for extensions for pop-up windows similar to the toggle for them in private windows.
