I was just looking at the new roadmap feature, and I don't see any thing there about this, unless it is encompassed in one of the other entries. This is something folks have been waiting for years for, and it seems like it keeps getting put off. Last I heard, it was going to show up this spring, but I don't think it's going to.
I did the same and I feel a bit disappointed because it seems that the development of the long-promised (and long-awaited) Sync feature has stalled or stopped. Is it so? For me Thunderbird Sync would be a great enhancement because I am tagging my emails and I would like to see the tags in all my Thunderbird installations on different devices. It would help me a lot.
I am very happy with the option to tag e-mails - it is a great Thunderbird-feature which is crucial for my daily workflow. Unfortunately the tags don't appear on my other computers because they are not stored correctly on the IMAP-server. Thunderbird Sync could solve this problem - that is my hope. And I think many other Thunderbird users who use multiple devicesโboth desktop and mobileโfeel the same way and would therefore be VERY excited about the introduction of Sync.

Any update on this?
That's what I was afraid of. Then when 2026 comes around, it will be 2027. I do get that things can get in the way, however. I'm sure Exchange support and Thunderbird Pro are the big ones. Anyway, thanks for the hard work.
