Would it be possible to implement a rule for the Calendar module, that would let us automatically accept any calendar invitation (typically, Gmail ones) with a preset specific calendar?
e.g. My coworker sends me different appointments that I only need to know in order not to make my own appointments at times she will not be in our workshop. When she sends me her invitations, I can set Thunderbird to automatically accept them with the calendar I use for her.

I am searching for something like this quite a long time...

It would be nice, if invitations would be put in the calendar automatically (it doesn't need to be accepted, but at least ´reserved`).

It would be a convinient way to work with events, that I should be aware of... Outlook supports this since years. To be honest that's a thing I miss in TB.

All invitations to sessions that come from an addressee, or that the invitation contains certain criteria, should be able to be evaluated and addressed to a particular calendar.

I think that a couple of basic options to auto-accept invitations and choose the target calendar could open the door to more powerful ideas.
