Thunderbird: New Folder dialog should have a "Favorite?" checkbox

For Thunderbird, New Folder dialog should have a "Favorite?" checkbox, to make the folder a favorite upon creation.  As a long time user of Thunderbird, I have a lot of folders.  To deal with this, I favorite my current folders and work in Folder Mode = Favorite Folder. My not-favorite folders are hidden.

This works great except for when I create a new folder.  I'm planning to use it immediately, but it doesn't appear in the Favorite Folders.  I should re-enable Folder Mode = All Folders, find my new folder (remember I have a lot!), and favorite it.  That's a hassle and the reason for the feature request.

As a side node, it seems that renaming a favorite folder makes it no longer favorite.  Desired behavior is to keep the folder a favorite even after changing the folder's name.
