Thunderbird desktop email program should maintain its sections' proportions

My #Thunderbird email application has certain preset module sizes (all the folders column at the left, email titles with sender name and time at the upper part of the screen to the appr. middle of the screen, and an email view beneath it). From time to time I plug my laptop which has 1080p vertical lines into a separate 2K monitor. It's quite annoying that when switching the view from a laptop screen to the attached monitor or vice versa proportions of these modules change. For example, I set an email panel/view at a certain height on a laptop screen, but switching it to the attached monitor this panel gets much lower compared to the ratio relative to the email details above.

It should keep its module/section proportions despite the screen its presented on.

In short, Thunderbird doesn't retain its blocks/segments' proportions upon switching from one screen to another. And that's the problem.
