Thunderbird Android - Move email between accounts

In noticed the updated Thunderbird Android webpage is highlighting that it can support multiple email accounts within TB Android/K-9. (an existing feature).

It would be super useful to also be able to MOVE emails between different email accounts, as opposed to the current restriction of only moving email within folders of the existing account.

I realize that it's trickier, but it sure would be very handy.

I've been using MailDroid for years now. Would be interested in switching over to TB mobile though if it could also handle moving emails across different accounts in this way.

I agree. I’m also a Maildroid user who’d like to switch to Thunderbird mobile but the inability to move messages between accounts is a big disadvantage.
