Im Kontext-Menü (Einstellung übernehmen ...) zu den Ansichts-Kopfzeilen (Betreff, ...) bitte zusätzliche Auswahl:

"Einstellungen übernehmen für ALLE Ordner ALLER Accounts" oder 
"Spalten- und Ansichts-Einstellungen für ALLE Ordner + ALLER Accounts übernehmen"

In the context menu (apply settings ...) for the view headers (subject, ...) please additionally select: "Apply settings for ALL folders of ALL accounts" or "Apply column and view settings for ALL folders + ALL accounts"
