Thunderbird accounts window - show/hide all (or favorite) folders, all accounts

Hotkey or button to (1) open/close all folders for all accounts (or all favorite accounts);

Current 'folder modes' drop-down leaves the accounts list above and separates folders from parent.

For those of us who have several e-mail accounts and several folders for many accounts.
