New idea
Though I downvote categories/topics/people time after time after time, I still see stories about those things I have downvoted repeatedly. And when I do downvote, a little popup says thanks for the feedback, we'll show fewer of those stories. NOT TRUE! It would be great if the downvote button actually worked, or better yet, allow us to enter names/words which we don't want to see.
