Bring back Themes for Firefox on Android.They were removed about 4 years ago and ever since you can only choose between a Light and Dark theme. This request was filed in github ( https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/10032 ) but it has been a long time and this feature still isn't back.

It doesn't look complicated to do this. I think this is the kind of thing that should have been done a long time ago.

I'd love to see Mozilla support themes for Firefox for android, it doesn't seem like a very difficult task and it'll bring more people back to Firefox, especially since this is a feature that most browsers lack nowadays, however on the PC Firefox is always the way to go for any customization. Please bring this feature to Firefox!!!

I run Edge as well, and the difference between the two is... stark.  At minimum, we should be able to skin the browser.  The way it is now is not much to look at, but simply utilitarian 🙄😕

@Jon

What do you personally think? Could you please get in touch with the Android team and find out what their current priorities are? I believe Firefox for Android is often unfairly criticized, though the lack of themes is a bit disappointing. In the past, themes let us personalize the browser in fun ways, for example, choosing vibrant colors like bright green, but now we're mostly limited to a standard dark-or-light scheme.

Still, I notice that changes are happening, and it seems like a refreshed UI is on the way, which looks great. Although personally, I'd like the option to have navigation arrows at the bottom of the screen.

Additionally, organizing a small AMA session always feels like a valuable idea, especially now during summer. I think many users would appreciate direct communication beyond the usual Reddit discussions. Even if responses aren't always what people hope for, direct dialogue helps provide clarity and genuine feedback.
