the default state for the option (always underline links) should be (off)

I wasted too much time trying to hide the underline using CSS and JS, then I found there is an option in firefox engine that forces that, and there is no way to remove the underline properly from links on my website. so for God sake, make the default state of this option off. then if the user want it, the user can turn it on.

The default state is off, so something in your setup changed it.
