Tab Scrolling Ballistics

Hi...

I've noted that when I have a lot of tabs open, and I either use my mouse to scroll back and forth or try to use the arrows at the ends of the tab bar, the Tabs just "scream" back and forth.  I've looked for a ballistics setting but can't find one in settings.  If there was a way to slow down/control the scrolling speed or if there was a way to move one tab at a time when you click on the arrows at the end, it would make things a lot easier.
