New idea
It seems that Tabs are passing interests while Bookmarks imply a more persistent resonance... and hence more likely to be around longer and to benefit from a "noted" memory jog.
And, perhaps as has been mentioned regarding Tab Notes, a means of searching or reviewing all such Bookmark Notes would no doubt be quite useful.
