Tab Groups - double clicking tabs to collapse and expand a group

I think it's much more convenient to be able to just double click on a tab in a group to collapse the group than to hunt for the small color coded group indicator.

Right now double clicking on tabs is not assigned to any action (at least on Windows) so you don't even need to change anything to add this. It just there waiting to be utilized.
