It should be possible to fix two or three tabx fix on the left side of the tab bar. If there are a lot of open tabs and it is neccessary to sroll in the tab bar then the fixed tabs should always visible.
Is nearly the same as to bookmark a link but I think the people used open tabs more than bookmarks (my own opinion).
