Swap width and height of portrait mode video in PIP window

When the window size is adjusted to the landscape mode video in the PIP window, the portrait mode video is too small. This is because the height of the portrait mode matches the height of the landscape mode video. So when viewing a portrait mode video, I want the width and height of the landscape mode video window to swap.

In other words, when the PIP window size of the landscape mode video is 640x360, I want the portrait mode video becomes 360x640. Currently, portrait mode video is too small at 202x360.
