Support SVG filters in backdrop-filter for advanced glass effects

Hi Firefox team,

Firefox currently supports basic backdrop-filter like blur(), but lacks support for SVG filters via backdrop-filter: url(#filter). This limits advanced effects like the “liquid glass” seen in Chrome and Safari.

Adding SVG filter support on backdrop-filter would enable richer glassmorphism effects and improve cross-browser consistency.

SVG backdrop-filters don't seem to work in the latest versions of Safari either (neither macOS nor iOS).
