Static Pinned Tabs with Fixed URLS

The ability to pin tabs that will always reset to a specific URL location when accessed, that is, Static Tabs.

Currently, when you browse within a pinned tab, and you return to that pinned tab, you will have to access a bookmark to return to the original url.

My solution will essentially add a row of pinned tabs that will always load or reset to the same URL when clicked. Essentially it will add a row of pinned tabs or "bookmark icons" (which already exists) to the top left of the tab bar, which will always open at a specific url when accessed.
