New idea
It is really dumb to require Firefox be started up in "Normal" mode in order to set it up to be started in "Safe" mode. What is a user suppose to do if Firefox WON'T start up in "Normal" mode? I propose that a right click option be available, over the Firefox icon, with an option in the popup menu that allows the user to start up Firefox in "Safe" mode.
