skeumorphic styles?

I've not seen anyone say this and I was thinking it would make sense and be something original that no other browser is doing that is creative and innovative enough to really wow younger generations (which have the most internet time realistically). In the 2000s we got to think of everything as sort of silly and adaptable like putty with the abstract shapes seen in frutiger tech and experimental phones of the 2000s. Maybe not a liquid-level of freedom to shape your browser because that would just lead to decision paralysis and frusteration for some people, but for the ability to change the actual form/shape of your browsing window and the toolbars within it would be cool. It would also attract those who like the tamagotchi style, aesthetic fans, those living in the nostalgic past, and those living in the futuristic dream- and no ai is needed.
