Provide a addone to provide a button on the toolbar, that when pressed, copies an article to the clipboard.
That is one of the main features offered in the "clip to onenote" feature.  that makes it much easier to copy and article without dragging in the headers and footers, side bars ... that you would get if you just Ctl-A

I've found "reader view" (F9 key) on most article-based sites gets the 'view' I want for OneNote, so it's:

  1. F9
  2. Ctrl+A
  3. Ctrl+C
  4. Alt+Tab
  5. Ctrl+N (New page in OneNote)
  6. Ctrl+V

assuming OneNote is running in a window behind the browser. A shortcut for "Copy reader view to clipboard" would eliminate half of those steps.
