Simplify theme creation/modification process

Firefox Color doesn't let me modify my current theme, and the only way I've found was through creating a custom .css file and modifying the appropriate elements there. It's way too complicated.

Expose the appropriate elements to the settings/theme page, and let the user modify those elements' colors directly, like in Vivaldi.
