Show search suggestions ahead of browsing history in address bar results - setting on Mobile

Currently this toggle option is available on desktop but should be an option on mobile too.

On mobile, you cannot turn this off to show history ahead of search suggestions.

When moving back and forth between desktop and mobile it would be great to have the same experience.
