Show bookmarks on sidebar below vertical tabs

Hi, My idea is an option to list bookmarks on the main sidebar below the vertical tabs. This way they would always be available with no additional clicks required. If you had many tabs and/or bookmarks you would simply need to scroll down to see the rest. The picture below shows what I mean. Thanks.
