Share only tab with website

On meeting websites such as Google Meet, there is a share feature where you can share your screen. On Firefox, currently, I can only share my whole screen or individual windows, not individual tabs and sound playing in that tab. I think this is a pretty handy feature, not having this on Firefox is fine but pretty annoying to deal with.
