Setting to disable "What's New" tabs

[DanoTheOverlord]

Other than the way Firefox executes updates at launch, this is the 2nmd most annoying thing in Firefox. I do not need an additional tab - which uses additional system resources on top of the 13 processes running to display 1 tab - telling me there was an update and what is contained. There are several places I can get that info if I want to know. Just launch my home tab(s) and let me get on with my session.
