Setting options for orchestrating the tab unload and tab sleep features

as the manual tab unload feature via the context menu has been shipped to firefox, it would be great if users would recieve a section within settings to adjust the rule set which dictates automatic tab sleep/unload.

maybe something like

"tab-auto-sleep if [tab-time-since-last-used] > x"
"tab-auto-unload if [system-memory-low] AND [tab-time-since-last-used] > x"
[x] exclude tabs from rules with active playing media (music, video, ...)
[  ] provide tabs with heads-up and grace period to allow them to gracefully hybernate

Note: the last option is a remark to another suggestion I made previously about a new event type that browser could send to tabs that are imminen... by the browser, to allow complex applications to save data locally or to finish server sychronization.
