Separated list height for mail messages and rss feed

Hello all.
I'm suggesting to separate mail messages and rss feed list height config value.
The height for mail messages list need be less than message content panel height, but more in rss feed.
So I'm resizing the list height every time I switch from mail messages to rss feeds and that's annoying.
A separated height config value should solve the problem.
