send tabs to device to carry over session and storage data

I often send tabs over to other devices and have to log in again because my session expired on the other device or I was never logged in there.

would be nice to just be able to carry on working without having to dig up 2fa and wasting time authenticating again when I already had a session

a further nice to have would be remembering scroll state, tab mute, and other details about the synced tab
