security feature to defeat cloned sites

I would like to see a browser based option  that would provide a very clear reassurance that I am connecting to a genuine site I have designated high security, such as an online bank account.

This might, for example, force the page to open in a new window, change tab colour, add coloured border etc.

Currently you can achieve half of this with the MAC (multi account containers) extensions for Firefox, as they have an option that forces a specific domain to always open in a given container.

Still, would be better to have some sort of built-in assurance.
