When searching for a bookmark in Manage Bookmarks, Firefox doesn't show the folder containing the bookmark(s) that were found. It would be helpful if Firefox showed the folder where the existing bookmarks are found.
Also, it would be useful to have a search bar in the pop-up menu when adding a bookmark, so you could quickly find the folder where you want to save it. It’s disappointing that Mozilla overlooks its users and misses out on so many great and practical ideas for the browser. Vivaldi has a similar feature - in the pop-up menu there is a search bar for the desired folder in the bookmarks manager.
100% agreed! The "Show in Folder" right-click option is not a real solution because it instantly clears our search results, making bulk organization impossible.
Instead of relying on third-party add-ons, Firefox simply needs to add a selectable "Folder" or "Path" column directly in the Library view (right next to Name, Location, Added, etc.).
It is a basic but essential quality-of-life feature that would instantly solve this years-old problem. +1 Voted!
