That when I'm on a page, I can mark certain lines and automatically opens a balloon asking if I want to search, translate or even calculate if it's numbers.

thanks.

obrigado.

Hey @Ermes

We have a couple quick updates for you from our internal teams.

  • The ability to search for selected text already exists, though in the right-click context menu:

  • Translations can be done with various add-ons. We do have the recently release Firefox Translations add-on, but at the moment it only supports translations of the entire page.
  • The ability to perform math calculations is super interesting. We actually have a related feature available in Nightly that's behind a pref (browser.urlbar.suggest.calculator) that's defaulted off. If enabled, it allows for arithmetic calculations directly from the address bar:

Exposing that functionality to the right-click context menu could be another place to surface it.

Hope this helps for now. Please keep the conversation going and feel free to add any more information to this request—it always helps our teams when evaluating ideas.

Ola!

Obrigado.

Hi!

Thanks for the answer.

I know there is this feature of right clicking and opening the menu.

I just wanted it to open automatically without having to click to open menu and scroll through the list.

I saw this feature in Opera Browser which I found interesting, but I prefer Firefox.

There is also the option to paste or copy.

Thanks.
