scroll "Local Folders" folder to top of folders list panel/window

I manually scroll in the folders list panel/window to position the "Local Folders" folder at the top.

The "Local Folders" folder is at the of top the folders list panel/window. [CORRECT results/behavior, but I would like a menu item or button for this display task/operation.]

This idea is probably related to "#Thunderbird: Separate "Inbox" section in Unified Folders" (Lindama) and "Local Folders window" (KevMeist).
