Right-Click Option to Open Link in and Replace Existing Split View Pane

Introduce a context menu option that allows users to open a clicked link directly into an existing split-view pane, replacing the current content in that pane. This enables faster workflows when using side-by-side browsing without needing to manually manage tabs or reconfigure split layouts.
