Return the shortcut menus

Prior to the latest update, the shortcut bar had a drop-down menu which allowed you to easily and conveniently dismiss or delete unwanted shortcuts. Whatever the reason for this removal was, I'd like to be able to get rid of shortcuts for sites I won't visit without having to go through the history menu. I'd like to see this menu return, if possible
