restore shortcuts landing Page when clicking the URL bar.

Previously, when I clicked the URL bar it would show my shortcuts/new tab Page, now it only shows a drop down of recent searches, not very useful. iirc opening a new tab has also recently changed so it is now even more steps to navigate to my common pages.

Nvm, a feature got enabled during an update or something. 

• Settings > Search 

Disable

• Show search suggestions
• Show recent searches
