Request Feature: Enable Per-Tab switching and navigating via Mouse Wheel Scrolling in Vertical Tabs in firefox browser

I'd love to see a feature added to browser vertical tabs as it comes very very handy and convenient to many users like me that allows for per-tab scrolling and navigating easily via the mouse wheel. Currently, hovering over the vertical tab list and using the mouse wheel scrolls the entire page\list of tabs opened in the sidebar. My proposed feature could include an optional toggle. When enabled, hovering over the vertical tab list and scrolling with the mouse wheel would advance the selection in the direction of mouse-wheel scroll by one tab per "click\scroll" of the wheel, providing precise navigation within long lists of open tabs. This would significantly improve usability for users who rely on vertical tabs and frequently have many tabs open. So please devs bring on this feature.
